Are Illusion Car Care products Environmentally friendly?

Most of the Illusion car care products are environmentally friendly. All of our bottles are recyclable and can even be re-used / re-filled.

Can I place an order over the phone or by email?

Yes you can. Orders can be taken over the phone or by email and payment can be made by card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on collection.

Can I collect my order in person if I live locally to save postage costs?

Yes. If you wish to collect your order, please contact us to make arrangements. Select ‘Collection in person’ for your shipping option when going through the checkout.

Do you offer benefits to the trade?

Yes. We can offer bulk size quantities for all of our products for persons within the trade. Speak to us regarding further benefits for traders including free local delivery.

Do you offer mobile detailing services?

Not typically. However, we can make special arrangements depending on the work to be carried out and accessibility. Contact us for more information.

There is a product I want to purchase but the website says ‘Out of stock’. How long do I have to wait for it to come back into stock?

Generally we try and keep all items in stock at all times. However, should an item go ‘Out of stock’, it is not normally longer then 2 – 3 days before the item will be back in stock.

I would like some detailing work carried out but I can’t decide what package suits me best. What should I do?

Speak to us! Our packages are put together as a guideline. All of our services can be tailored to individual’s needs. If there doesn’t appear to be a service that suits what you are after, let us know your requirements and we will put together a bespoke quote.

Can I purchase gift vouchers for the website and services?

Yes. Our gift vouchers come can be posted out to you, or electronically sent via email. 

I have/am a member of a car club, do we get discount?

We love car enthusiasts! Contact us and see what we can do for your club!

My order has arrived but I have a missing product, what should I do?

In the unfortunate event that you receive your order and part of it is missing, we are terribly sorry! Drop us an email or give us a quick call and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

My package has arrived but something is damaged. What should I do?

We always urge people to visually inspect the package before signing for it. If there is visible damage, sign for it as ‘Damaged’. If you already signed for the package and then noticed that one of your items is damaged, get in contact with us and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
